This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Accounting Manager, based in Vista, CA, with potential flexibility to occasionally work from home on specified days. The Accounting Manager will oversee and prepare financial statements, conduct financial analysis, manage journal entries, and ensure accurate reporting of fixed assets. Key responsibilities include managing the monthly close, ensuring compliance with accounting principles, maintaining internal controls, collaborating with the finance team, and supporting organizational financial strategies.

Additional responsibilities include internal management reporting and tax compliance.

• Experience in preparing Financial Statements and in-depth knowledge of Finance principles
• Strong Analytical Skills for driving insights and decision‑making
• Proficiency in Journal Entries and general Accounting processes
• Experience with Fixed Assets management and reporting
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in accounting software and other financial tools
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus
• Proven ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
