Who:
Accountant (3+ years experience preparing accounts in an accounting practice or audit environment)

Salary: R35,000 to R55,000 depending on experience

We’re on the lookout for an experienced accountant to join our dynamic, forward‑thinking team. You’ll work directly with clients, dig into real financial data, and make a genuine impact—while enjoying the freedom to work from anywhere.

• Preparing financial statements from cashbooks and trial balances
• Processing journals, accruals, and prepayments
• Interpreting legal documents (like leases) to extract key financial insights
• Communicating with clients via email and video to clarify financial matters
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to a collaborative team environment
• Applying professional skepticism and sound judgment to financial data
• Embracing tech tools to drive efficiency in your workflow

• An accountant with audit and/or accounts prep experience
• Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
• Highly tech‑savvy—comfortable with cloud accounting tools like Xero
• Detail‑oriented with a strong analytical mindset
• Confident in reading and understanding legal and financial documents
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working independently
• Proactive, curious, and always looking for smarter ways to do things
