The Qualifications We Seek

3 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience
Proven experience preparing compilation engagements using Case Ware
Strong understanding of compilation working papers and documentation standards
Experience handling small to mid-sized business clients across various industries
Ability to work in a remote offshore setup using client systems and VPN access
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files concurrently
Clear and reliable communication skills with the ability to work independently once onboarded

Your Daily Tasks

Prepare corporate compilation engagement working paper files using Case Ware
Compile and organize financial information in a fully paperless environment
Ensure working papers are complete, accurate, and audit-ready
Follow firm standards, templates, and documentation requirements
Collaborate with onshore team members during overlapping working hours
Meet deadlines during peak reporting periods
