Customer Engagement
• Spend 30–40% of your time communicating with schools and libraries via phone and email
• Provide customer‑focused support across all accounts receivable needs
Collections
• Manage soft collections using a relationship‑driven, service‑oriented approach
Payment Applications
• Accurately apply payments and keep customer accounts up to date
Sales Tax
• Prepare and process sales tax returns
Special Projects
• Assist with meaningful ad hoc projects, including fraud investigations
• At least 1 year of Accounts Receivable experience
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills
