Location: Germany
Position: Fractional Billing & Accounts Receivable (AR) Operations Specialist
Compensation: $75 to $100 per hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities- Own end to end client invoicing cycles across time based, milestone based, and retainer models.
- Manage accounts receivable workflows and collections communication.
- Maintain AR aging reports and support cash flow forecasting.
- Improve billing systems, documentation, and operational controls.
- Support revenue reconciliation and financial reporting processes.
- Strong experience in billing and AR operations.
- Background in professional services environments such as consulting or advisory firms.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition and billing models.
- Experience with accounting platforms such as Quick Books, Net Suite, or Xero.
- Excellent written communication skills and high attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently in a fractional capacity.
