Qualifications And Education Requirements

Graduate + Pursuing ACCA (Freshers), Graduate + Pursuing ACCA (With experience)

B.Com. / M.Com. / PGDM (Finance) / MBA (Finance)
CA or Semi qualified Chartered Accountant Certified Management Accountant (CMA) / Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Eligibility criteria

0-18 months of experience in the field of finance and/or accounting, preferably in US accounting.
Exposure and basic understanding of US GAAP accounting rules.
Knowledge of using different accounting software and accounting methods Strong desire to continuously learn; and Excellent quantitative, analytical, written, and presentation skills.
Should be comfortable to work in a Night shift (Work mode: Work from Home)
Should be ready for 1 year Bond.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsible for working on multiple assignments throughout the year. Performs daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly bookkeeping activities for the assigned client(s);
Core understanding of finance and accounting concepts.
Identify and assist in solution of engagement (client) technical issues, anomalies, non-routine items.
Conducts self in a professional manner related to all client communications as well as interaction in team communications and interactions; and Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by the supervisor.
