About the Company
Forge Recruitment has partnered with a leading full-service law firm to hire an Accounts Receivable/Collections Clerk for their downtown Toronto office. This hybrid role requires three days in-office and two days working from home.

About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Finance, your key responsibilities will include supporting lawyers and key clients with collections and accounts receivable issues, managing account discrepancies and reconciliations, generating monthly and quarterly A/R reports, sending reminder statements, and, as required, posting cheques, credit card payments, direct deposits, and incoming wires for the general account, as well as preparing daily general deposits.

The Offer

What You Bring
To qualify for this role, you will have at least three years of accounts receivable and collections experience in a legal or public accounting environment and hold an accounting certificate or diploma. You will bring exceptional communication and analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. A professional, adaptable, and organized individual, you must work effectively both independently and within a team, with a commitment to continuous learning.
