Based in Weston‑Super‑Mare this chartered firm acts for very wide ranging clients across varying industries, including sole traders, partnerships, limited company OMBs, SMEs and groups, with audit clients covering a broad range of turnovers.

A mix of remote/home working and office involvement is available, with flexible hours and competitive benefits and salaries.

Joining the firm as an Accounts and Audit Senior in the Weston‑Super‑Mare office, you will take on increasing responsibility for managing the full provision of audit services, alongside year‑end accounts, tax and wider general practice services for a very varied client base. You will have the opportunity to shape the client portfolio to suit your preferences and technical interest, play a key role in managing a wider team, review work and support junior staff development, and carve out a key position within this growing office with potential for career progression.

For this role you will hold an ACA or ACCA qualification, ranging from newly or recently qualified professionals to those with one year or more post‑qualified experience. You should have worked within accountancy firms of any size, in both hands‑on and/or review capacities, overseeing the delivery of focused audit services or a mix of audit, accounts and wider services to a varied client base.

£40,000 – £50,000, dependent on background experience and qualifications, plus benefits.
