Position: Senior Accountant (Contract Remote)

Are you an experienced Senior Accountant looking for a contract opportunity? Our client (public company) is seeking a self-starting individual to join the team. This is a remote opportunity (mountain time zone ideally). If this seems like the perfect role for you, apply now!

Your success will be defined by your ability to:

Execute the month end function and support the accounting team in the preparation of the financial statements

Prepare account reconciliations/working papers and provide recommendations on improving accounting processes

Prepare accounting analysis work:
Ex. Impairment analysis, capitalization analysis and other complex accounting topics

Contribute on ad-hoc projects as needed

Your strengths include:

CPA designation is required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong Excel is a must

Self starting personality and ability to think of the next step when leadership is unavailable

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to start quickly
