International Payroll Administrator

Location:

New York, NY 10003 (Remote work)
Duration: 03 Months (Possible extension)

What you'll do:
Own end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries in EMEA, APAC, and LATAM
Collect, validate, and upload payroll inputs.
Reconcile payroll outputs and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with external payroll vendors and cross-functional teams.
Ensure all critical deadlines are met, including vendor and payroll deliverables.
Prepare payroll funding for employee and tax payments.
Respond to payroll alias emails within SLAs.
Partner with cross-functional teams across Accounting, Benefits, HR to address issues
Support with documenting and updating SOPs
Support various ad hoc projects.

Education:
BS degree or equivalent experience in Accounting, Business, Finance, Legal, or Human Resources. and accounting knowledge is nice to have, but not necessary.

Skills:
Experience in processing international payrolls in multiple regions outside the US.
Strong organizational skills and able to juggle multiple responsibilities with various deadlines and deliver accurate results.
Strong understanding of payroll best practices, audits, and SOX compliance.
A self-starter who's resourceful and can problem-solve independently.
Workday (must have), Cloud Pay, Google Suite, Deloitte or other accounting firm.
