£27,000 per annum

Your role with us:

Is to ensure that all supplier invoices and credit notes are accurately processed and paid in line with agreed payment terms. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate invoice records within internal systems, supporting compliance with audit and regulatory requirements

We are looking for people who have :

• Previous experience in a purchase ledger or accounts payable role
• Demonstrable experience resolving supplier account queries and handling disputes
• Experience supporting month end close and working to departmental deadlines and KPI’s
• Strong time management and organisational skills

We are looking for people who are:

• Effective communicators across email, phone and face to face
• Analytical and numerically confident
• Confident in processing multiple payment types
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
