Currently seeking a qualified Tax Manager or Tax Supervisor. This is a remote position requiring that qualified candidate will reside in Missouri or Kansas. Expectation of only a few in-office visits per year!
Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of highly motivated Tax staff
- Provide tax compliance and consulting to a diverse base of clients
- Meet with business and community contacts to maintain and grow a network within the local market
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA Certified Preferred
- Experience with Tax Filings and IRS notices
- Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client services
- Health, Dental, Vision, 401K
- 2 weeks of MANDATORY vacation + 4 weeks of elective PTO
- Flexible work schedule
- Incentive program for CPA and other licenses and continued education; all CPE and license fees covered
- All remote office equipment provided at company cost
- Community outreach activities sponsored and encouraged
