• Develop and refine AI training datasets using deep accounting expertise with a focus on GAAP compliance.
• Create clear rubrics and evaluation criteria to assess AI performance in accounting and finance workflows.
• Review, validate, and provide structured feedback on AI-generated accounting outputs for accuracy and compliance.
• Document accounting processes, edge cases, and decision logic to strengthen AI model behavior.
• Collaborate with engineers and data scientists to identify gaps and improvement opportunities in AI accounting systems.
• Participate in cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions to align accounting practices with AI development.
• Stay current with changes in accounting standards, tax regulations, and accounting software to inform ongoing training.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in accounting with strong knowledge of GAAP, tax preparation, and compliance.
• Hands‑on experience preparing and reviewing tax filings and regulatory documentation.
• Proficiency with accounting software such as Quick Books, Xero, Sage, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience managing general ledgers, reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of explaining accounting concepts clearly.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fully remote environment.
