AR Specialist

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable (AR) Specialist to join their team and support the day-to-day AR functions for commercial and residential properties.

Office situation: 100% on-site!

Offering: $65,000 - 75,000

AP Specialist Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred but not required).
• 4-5 years of accounts receivable experience in a corporate setting.
• Background in commercial and/or residential property management is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

AP Specialist Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, ensuring accurate coding, data entry, and approvals.
• Match invoices to purchase orders and resolve discrepancies as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and assist in vendor communications regarding payments.
• Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and AR best practices.
• Handle a high volume of invoices with precision and efficiency.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving and communication skills in vendor interactions.
