Part Time/ Full Time Position
w2 or 1099 position available depending on experience and working arrangement
Work in two offices one in Colfax and one in Rocklin. Must be willing to work in Colfax up to 3 days per week. Other 2 days max could be work from home or in Rocklin office depending on work load. Please do not apply if not willing to work out of Colfax office up to 3 days per week.
Quick Books Desktop and Quick Books Online skills necessary. Payroll knowledge and payroll tax returns plus sales tax mandatory.
Must have a high level of bookkeeping acumen. This will be necessary to handle the accounts we have and the accounts we want to get.
Tax Preparer/Bookkeeper/Associate/Payroll
Tax Preparation and knowledge is highly desirable (We use Drake Tax Software) If you are a preparer or have industry experience that is very beneficial.
This position would involve, but not be limited too:
Bookkeeping services for clients including sales tax and payroll.
Assisting with all client related needs.
Possibility of small amount of travel or in office visits to current clients and or offices.
