- Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products; provide tax guidance, review self‑prepared personal tax returns, offer full‑service return preparation, and manage product/software inquiries.
- Utilise government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to research and provide the correct answer to the customer in terms they understand.
- As a virtual, customer‑facing role, use the state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with clients and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

- Provide real‑time assistance in English and French to clients across Canada, demonstrating bilingual proficiency.
- Remain flexible and available to work at least 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule.
- Minimum of 2 years of paid professional tax‑preparation experience.
- Experience using professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns.
- Proficiency in both English and French; experience providing tax guidance to bilingual clients.
- Must provide CRA RepID upon successful onboarding.
- Good customer‑service skills and ability to communicate professionally via video and audio tools.
- Experience preparing corporate (T2) and Quebec (TP1) tax returns.
- Tax expertise: fundamental understanding of tax laws and concepts.
- Effective communication, problem solving, research/resourcefulness, technical acumen.
Competitive compensation package with pay‑for‑performance rewards. Expected base pay range: $24.50‑$33.50 per hour in PEI, BC, Nova Scotia. Eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with applicable plans and programs. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular pay‑equity comparisons across ethnicity and gender categories.
