About this role
We are looking for a S enior Accountant to join the company’s Corporate Accounting team and support the company’s continued growth.
You willassistthe team by improving controls and processes to meet our operational and reporting requirements that will help scale and shape our business.
Youwill work closely with senior members of the team on core accounting functions,including preparing journal entries, and supporting the month-end close process.
- Responsible for day-to-day management of GL functions, such as leases, equity, fixed assets, taxes and intercompany
- Prepare journal entries and perform account reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts
- Support the month-end close process to ensure timelyandaccuratefinancial reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather information and resolve accounting-related questions
- Helpmaintainand follow documented accounting policies and procedures
- Assist with year-end audit requests and regulatory filings
- Support technical accounting research and implementation of new accounting standards
- Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–4years of accounting experience (private industry or public accounting preferred)
- Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively within a team
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in digital healthcare
- Experience with Net Suite
- Experience streamlining processes
As a remote position, the salary range for this role is: $80,000 — $90,000 USD

Individual compensation packages are based on a few different factors unique to each candidate, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal equity.
