• Help clients complete their tax returns using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax guidance, reviewing self‑prepared returns, preparing full service returns, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Research and deliver accurate answers to client questions using government websites, professional resources, and team expertise.
• Interact with clients via Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, maintaining accurate interaction records.
• Prepare complex personal tax returns that include employment, self‑employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and other credits & deductions.
• Provide a professional, friendly, and confident customer service experience, including proactive problem resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Work on a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Adhere to the CRA Represent a Client service requirements by supplying a CRA RepID after onboarding.
• Maintain proficiency in both English and French, delivering real‑time guidance to customers across Canada.

• Minimum of 2+ years of paid professional tax preparation experience.
• Proficiency in using professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns.
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and concepts, with a demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to year‑over‑year changes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening, and a customer‑centric mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and operate required tools effectively.
• Bilingual fluency in English and French.

• Experience preparing Business Tax (T2) Returns.
• Experience preparing Quebec Tax (TP1) Returns.

• Tax expertise and continuous learning mindset.
• Effective communication and empathy in customer interactions.
• Complex problem solving with ownership and escalation when needed.
• Research and resourcefulness to deliver appropriate solutions.
• Technical acumen and willingness to learn new tools.
• Customer service excellence using video and audio tools.

Base Pay Range: $24.50 /hour to $33.50 /hour (PEI, BC, Nova Scotia). The position is eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits. Pay is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. Intuit conducts regular comparisons to ensure ongoing pay equity across categories of ethnicity and gender.
