We are looking for a highly skilled Online Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for the company
• Process and record financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank deposits
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements
• Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets
• Manage and track expenses and invoices
• Communicate with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in bookkeeping

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
• Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
• Proficient in Quick Books and other accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of landscaping industry is a plus

This is a full-time, remote position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The Online Bookkeeping Specialist will have the flexibility to work from home, but may be required to attend occasional in-person meetings at our office in Tucker, Georgia.
