• Execute audit projects and assess risks associated with billing and regulatory compliance
• Analyze billing data to detect and prevent fraud, waste, and potential coding issues
• Conduct audits of third-party vendors and interactions with healthcare professionals to ensure compliance
• Collaborate with compliance and legal staff to investigate reported compliance concerns
• Prepare internal audit reports and present summaries to management

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in internal/external audit or compliance roles
• Strong written and oral communication skills

• Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations (e.g., Adva Med, FCPA, AKS)
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Public accounting experience
• Advanced knowledge of data analytics platforms (Tableau or Power

• Familiarity with healthcare billing regulatory frameworks (CMS, OIG)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation
