Mission   I am looking for an accounts payable clerk for a large group in the Blainville area.

Are you looking for your first accounting experience? This position is for you!

Reporting to the department manager, your tasks will include:
-Participating in the processing and verification of supplier invoices
-Performing simple reconciliations between invoices and purchase orders
-Helping to identify and report discrepancies
-Supporting the management of shipping/customs-related invoicing
-Applying payments and updating customer files
-Helping to track supplier payments
-Supporting the accounts payable and receivable team on a daily basis
-Communicating with customers and suppliers as needed
-Providing general support to the accounting team
-Other related tasks

Your profile   What we are looking for:
- Strong initiative
- A vocational diploma in accounting/administration
- Professional bilingualism

What we offer:

- A salary between $45,000 and $52,000
