Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

In this remote, customer‑facing role you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. You will provide tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries to advance our mission of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

Utilize government websites, professional resources and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language. Use state‑of‑the‑art video communication software to interact with customers, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Prepare and review individual federal and state tax returns for 30+ clients.
• Provide comprehensive tax advice and ensure compliance with tax laws.
• Assist clients with tax preparations and resolve inquiries through video, audio, and written communication.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with deep tax preparation experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers via video/audio tools.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and delighting them with great service.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
