Collections Account Specialist; Remote

• Collect past due accounts across multiple lines of business
• Correct billing errors while maintaining client account integrity
• Manage account cleansing tasks, including payment application and reconciliation
• Collaborate with various business units to assist clients and respond to inquiries
• Organize daily activities to ensure timely completion of tasks

• Minimum of 2 years of client service experience
• Previous experience in collections, account management, and/or billing reconciliation
• Proven time management skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
