A leading tax preparation company is seeking a Turbo Tax Product Expert to provide customer assistance during tax season. In this role, you will use your strong communication skills to help customers with Turbo Tax products and ensure a seamless tax filing experience. This flexible position allows you to work from home and set your own schedule between 8 AM to 12 AM EST.
No specific accounting background is required. A certification bonus is available after completing training.
