• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws and PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills, written & spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact via video/audio tools in a professional, friendly, confident manner.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range is as follows (by state):

• Southern California $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey $28.80 – $36.50

• Vermont $27.50 – $34.80

Position eligible for cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits, in accordance with applicable plans and programs.
