Associate, Accounts Payable

• Process vendor invoices in Sage Intacct, ensuring accurate GL coding and departmental allocation
• Route invoices through Zip (ZipHQ) for proper approval workflows and perform 2-way and 3-way matching against purchase orders
• Assist with vendor onboarding documentation and respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status
• Support month-end accruals and close activities, including AP aging analysis and vendor statement reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and elevate discrepancies as needed

• 2–4 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
• Experience using Zip (ZipHQ) or other procurement workflow tools
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred

• Experience with Sage Intacct strongly preferred
