Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA - Seasonal Remote

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will help achieve our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver accurate answers to customers using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state‑of‑the‑art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and an active PTIN.
• Fluent in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Excellent customer service skills and confidence interacting with customers via video and audio tools.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate complex taxation and enhancing the Intuit brand.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Expected Base Pay Range for this position varies by location (e.g., Bay Area California $28.80 - $36.50, Southern California $28.80 - $36.50, etc.). This position is eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits in accordance with Intuit’s plans and programs.
