Addison Group LA is partnering with a high-growth consumer products company in a search for their first Assistant Controller to report to the VP of Finance as they scale the team to support exponential growth of their current product line and prepare to break out with exciting new portfolio of products. The Assistant Controller can start immediately on a contract-to-hire basis or as a direct hire candidate.

Your background includes a CPA certification and experience in a rapidly growing CPG organization, bringing GAAP to the table, documenting and implementing accounting processes and taking ownership of the monthly close in Net Suite. The Assistant Controller will partner closely with the Operations group, interacting on product returns/deductions and logistics with manufacturing, DCs and 3PLs. Exposure to inventory, COGS and AR aging/cash forecasting is highly preferred.

Contract-to-hire pay target: $65-75/hour
