• Help manage accounting team including accounts payable clerk, accounts receivable clerk, payroll accountant and a senior staff accountant.
• Assist with quarterly budgets and projections.
• Prepare accurate, timely consolidated financial statements each month.
• Create monthly account reconciliations to ensure accurate reporting and ledger maintenance.
• Analyze financial statements.
• Review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessary.
• Assist with quarterly debt covenant calculations.
• Reconcile cash accounts daily.
• Review and authorize bill payments and employee expense reports.
• Review and supervise the semi‑monthly payroll.
• Proactively share ideas and contribute ongoing suggestions for enhancement of the company.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• CPA needed.
• 2-4 years’ experience in general accounting or public accounting / audit experience.
• Experience with computerized ledger systems.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Team player with leadership qualities.
• Ability to collaborate and work well with all levels of the organization.
