Accounts Payable Specialist

Vaco Phoenix is partnering with a growing Phoenix-based company to add an Accounts Payable Specialist to their team.

• Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and on time.
• Respond to vendor inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and maintain accurate vendor records.
• Assist with payment runs in compliance with company terms and local regulations.
• Perform account reconciliations and support month‑end close activities.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and accounting standards; assist with audit requests.

• 3+ years of accounts payable experience
• Experience with any ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics or Net Suite experience a plus)

• Hybrid:
  Onsite Monday‑Thursday, Work from Home Friday
• Salary: $60k – $65k
