Senior AR Officer

The Senior Account Receivable Officer oversees billing, collections, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate records and healthy cash flow. Responsibilities include monitoring outstanding balances, analyzing customer credit, resolving discrepancies, and preparing aging reports. This role also supports audits, ensures compliance with accounting standards, and collaborates with sales and operations to optimize collection efficiency and maintain strong client relationships.

• Handle the end-to-end invoicing to clients for all Koltiva group entities (IDN, APAC, EMEA, LATAM), including issuing intercompany invoices, Debit Notes, and Credit Notes.
• Responsible for issuing tax invoices
• Perform daily AR operations, including persistent collections follow-up, dispute resolution, and preparation of weekly aging reports to support cash flow and reduce DSO.
• Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for billing matters, consistently following up on payment commitments to ensure timely collection.
• Collaborate with project and tech teams to ensure timely and accurate invoicing of unbilled projects.
• Work closely with the Accounting and AP teams on account reconciliations and revenue recognition during monthly closing cycles.
• Provide AR and revenue data for external audits and respond to inquiries related to sales invoices and revenue recognition.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounts receivable or related finance roles.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and AR processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and negotiation skills for managing client relationships.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is preferred.
