Accounts Payable Clerk (Temp to perm opportunity)
Vaughan (Hybrid 2–3 days in office) $25.50–$28.00 ph

Our client a growing manufacturer & distributor of sports equipment is looking to hire an Accounts Payable Clerk. This is a smaller environment of a team of about 45 employees. The company has a collaborative culture that includes team outings to sports events, company lunches, and events.

• 2 weeks vacation (3 weeks for more tenured candidates)
• Company-provided laptop and home office equipment
• LTD, Life Insurance & AD&D (minimal employee contribution)

• Process and verify 50+ vendor invoices daily
• Perform three-way matching (POs, invoices, receiving reports)
• Apply payments and track receipts
• Respond to vendor and internal payment inquiries
  
  Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

• 1–3 years of Accounts Payable or general accounting experience
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets and Net Suite required
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage mid–high volume data entry
• Confident communicator (comfortable following up with executives)
• Positive,
  outgoing personality
• Interest in sports is an asset
