Mission   I am looking for an accountant for a pharmaceutical company located in Laval.

Your tasks will include:
-Performing month-end closings and financial reconciliations (balance sheet, income statement, banks).
-Managing cash flow, payments (EFT/checks), and inventory prepayments.
-Handling accounts payable and accounts receivable (AP/AR): invoicing, data entry, reconciliations.
-Performing payroll accounting and sales tax returns.
-Administering expenses (Concur) and corporate credit cards, according to internal policies.
-Maintaining master data and producing financial reports in SAP.
-Other related tasks.

Your profile   What we are looking for:
-Be independent, thorough, and organized.
-Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
-Relevant experience in financial closings.
-Bilingual in French/English, with strong communication skills.
-Advanced proficiency in Excel and an ERP (SAP an asset).
