Century Group is excited to partner with a credit union to help them find a sharp, motivated Accounting Manager to join their team in Contra Costa County! Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $85,000 to $115,000 per year + Bonus. Fully Remote!

Job Description:
- Manages day-to-day accounting activities
- Develops and implements accounting procedures
- Maintains familiarity with laws pertaining to credit union products and services
- Monitors billing and expenditures
- Maintains GL and subsidiary accounts
- Reconciles cash accounts and prepares accounting reports
- Collect and provide documentation for audit inquires
- EFT and ACH duties
- ATM Branch balancing
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
- Able to communicate complex information to a variety of audiences
- High regard for detail, accuracy with limited supervision
- Proven ability to load and manipulate data as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Banking and Credit Union Experience Required
- Comprehensive understanding of AP and account ledger reconciliation
- Highly skilled in analytics and proficient with Advanced Excel functions
