Accounting Manager

Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions has been engaged in an exclusive search for an Accounting Manager with a division of a large, publicly traded company. The Accounting Manager role is a great opportunity for someone coming straight out of public accounting or someone who has had progressive corporate accounting experience. The company is experiencing significant growth and is in a high demand industry.

• Maintain accurate financial records and perform key account reconciliations.
• Oversee general ledger activities and support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Assist with building and analyzing financial reports.
• Train and support junior team members.
• Contribute to system upgrades or implementations.
• Coordinate with auditors and support control and compliance efforts.
• Help with budgeting, forecasting, and intercompany processes.
• Collaborate effectively with internal partners to advance business goals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
• CPA preferred, but not required
• Minimum of four years of professional accounting experience - either in public accounting or corporate accounting
• Management experience preferred, but not required

This company offers one day per week work from home.
