Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert - CPA, Enroll Agent or Practicing Attorney - Seasonal Remote

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products through full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to provide accurate advice in everyday language.
• Interact with customers via state-of-the-art video communication software, documenting interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ individual 1040 returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA or Practicing Attorney, plus PTIN.
• Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and delivering excellent customer service.
• Excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Reliable internet connection meeting Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week over three or more days.

Competitive compensation with performance-based rewards. Expected base pay ranges by location (California, Colorado, etc.) as listed. Eligibility for cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits. Pay is based on skills, experience, and location.
