• Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products, providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Maintain sensitive customer confidential and proprietary information responsibly.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer.
• Use video communication software to interact with customers in a responsible, reliable, and safe manner, and document interactions to maintain accurate records.
• Interact with customers and team members professionally while adhering to Intuit's operating values, including “integrity without compromise.”

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation and committed to enhancing our brand.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video/audio tools.

• Active PTIN and any related state licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.
• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
