Overview

• Process commission payments and post them accurately to client accounts
• Reconcile daily cash receipts to ensure cash accuracy
• Resolve processing errors and clear suspense items
• Research and address commission errors or discrepancies
• Prepare and distribute invoices and broker payments

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of practical work experience in accounts receivable or payment processing
• Fast and accurate data entry skills with attention to detail
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Experience in the insurance industry is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with database applications is a plus

• Salary up to $20 per hour
