- At least 3 years of experience as an associate in a public accounting firm or equivalent
- College degree in accounting
- Possess CPA license, CIA certification, and/or other relevant professional designations
- Familiarity with accounting software programs
- Data analysis skills
- Motivation to develop the skills and qualifications necessary to become a future leader in the firm
- Interest in building relationships with professional peers in the business community
- Proficiency in multiple languages
