• This is a hybrid position, with a balance between in office collaboration and work from home flexibility.
• Salary range is $70,000–$85,000 depending on experience.
• Monday through Friday schedule with realistic expectations during busy season.
• Exposure to individuals, small businesses, and more complex returns as you grow.

• Experience preparing individual and business tax returns in a CPA firm environment.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working directly with client information.
• Experience with common tax software, or the ability to pick it up quickly.
• Someone who values doing things properly, communicating clearly, and continuing to develop their skills.
