Responsibilities
  • General bookkeeping responsibilities, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, collections, journal entry, and payroll processing.
  • Managing bank accounts reconciliations – monthly/quarterly financial close process ensuring all transactions are properly recorded.
  • Maintains historical records by filing documents and matching information with our internal system.
  • Pay bills on time and ensure filing is organized and completed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate with vendors and buyers to receive credit approvals, send invoices, and handle payment inquiries.
  • Generate weekly sales and operations reports and enter any necessary data.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and report to the CEO.
  • Assume responsibility for accounting classifications of all expenditures.
What We Expect
  • 2+ years of experience in the field.
  • Expert knowledge of Quick Books, Excel, and any ERP system.
  • 1+ years of experience in the manufacturing/wholesale industry is a plus.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong ability to work under/lead under pressure.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
