Join Intuit as a Seasonal Bilingual Tax Professional. We are looking for Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season who hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney).

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Interact with customers via video communication software, document interactions, and maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and confident, professional interaction through video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

Intuit offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Base pay ranges by location (USD per hour):

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80
