Seasonal Bilingual Credentialed Tax Professional - Work From Home

Overview

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

• Provide tax advice and full‑service return preparation using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Calculate taxes, address product/software inquiries, and document interactions in accurate records.
• Use government websites and professional resources to retrieve and communicate the correct answer to customers in everyday language.
• Engage with customers via video communication software in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) and active PTIN.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) written and spoken communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and willingness to interact via video and audio tools.
• Passion for helping clients navigate taxation and commitment to enhancing the Intuit brand.

• Internet connection meeting Intuit Security criteria.
• Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week across at least three days.

Competitive base pay ranging from $24.80 to $36.50 per hour depending on location, with potential bonuses, equity rewards, and benefits.
