This is a full-time hybrid Accountant role with CMH Advisors, PLLC. The position is based in Dallas, TX, with flexibility for some remote work. The Accountant will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing client accounts, preparing financial statements, and conducting payroll processing. Additional duties include tax preparation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and assisting with financial planning and analysis to support clients' growth and strategic decision-making.

• Proficiency in bookkeeping, financial statement preparation, and payroll management
• Experience in tax preparation, financial planning, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills, including proficiency in accounting software and tools
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities to build trust with clients and the team
• Ability to work both independently and in a team setting, with excellent organizational skills
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is preferred
• Experience in supporting small to medium-sized businesses is a plus
