Join Intuit as a seasonal tax professional, working remotely from home. We seek bilingual (English/Spanish) tax experts who hold an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential such as CPA, EA, or a practicing attorney.

• Work 100% remotely, collaborating with an exceptional team from your home or office.

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products.
• Provide tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and manage product/software inquiries.
• Use government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to find and deliver correct answers to customers using everyday language.
• Use state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum 2 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience, extensive knowledge of tax laws, and an active PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate taxation complexities, and committed to enhancing Intuit’s brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer service skills and excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.
