Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA/EA/Practicing Attorney) we would love to connect with you.

In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products. By providing tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward advancing our goal of “Powering Prosperity Around the World.”

• You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, using commercial tax preparation software.
• Possess an active, unrestricted credential: EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws, plus an active PTIN.
• Can communicate in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand.
• Have excellent customer service skills and are comfortable interacting with customers through video and audio tools.

• Internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, spread across three or more days.

The position is part-time and offers a competitive compensation package with a strong pay-for-performance rewards approach. Estimated base pay ranges by location are listed below.

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour

Eligibility for a cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits is in accordance with Intuit's compensation and benefits plans.
