Bilingual Spanish Tax Expert – CPA – Seasonal Remote – Intuit

Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. If you have an active PTIN and an unrestricted credential (CPA, EA, or Practicing Attorney), we would love to connect with you!

In this role, you’ll help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit Turbo Tax products by providing tax advice, full‑service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.

• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to research and deliver the correct answers to customers in everyday language.
• Use Intuit’s state‑of‑the‑art video communication software for fully virtual, customer‑facing interactions, and document all interactions to maintain accurate records.

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 + federal and state individual 1040 returns with commercial tax preparation software.
• Active, unrestricted credential (EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney) with strong tax preparation experience, extensive tax law knowledge, and a valid PTIN.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (written & spoken).
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and committed to enhancing the Intuit brand by delighting customers.
• Excellent customer‑service skills and confident, friendly video/audio communication.

• Reliable internet connection that meets Intuit security criteria.
• Minimum availability of 20 hours per week, spread across at least three days.

Intuit provides a competitive pay‑for‑performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position varies by location:

• Bay Area, California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Southern California: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Colorado: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Hawaii: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Illinois: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Maryland: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Massachusetts: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Minnesota: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• New Jersey: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• New York: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Ohio: $24.80 – $30.30 per hour
• Vermont: $27.50 – $34.80 per hour
• Washington: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
• Washington DC: $28.80 – $36.50 per hour
