Accounting Manager, Accounts Payable

About the Opportunity

We're seeking an Accounting Manager to lead and elevate the Accounts Payable function for a growing, vertically integrated real estate investment and operations platform.

This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a high‑volume AP operation, guide a dedicated team, enhance processes, and collaborate closely with accounting, treasury, and senior leadership as the business scales.

You'll be part of a fast‑paced, collaborative environment where accuracy, operational excellence, and smart process design are core values. What You'll Do

+ Lead and manage the Accounts Payable team, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing

+ Review and refine invoice coding while implementing improvements to reduce errors

+ Oversee account reconciliations and support month‑end close and reporting

+ Prioritize vendor payments and collaborate with Treasury on cash management activities

What We're Looking For

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (or equivalent coursework)

+ 5+ years of progressive accounting experience

+ 3+ years of general ledger or entity‑level accounting experience

+ 2+ years of people management or team leadership experience

+ Background in real estate, property management, construction, or a related industry

+ You excel in deadline‑driven settings and know how to prioritize competing tasks
