• Process accurate and timely multi-state payroll using ADP Workforce Now
• Collaborate with the payroll team to address employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations
• Prepare payroll documentation, reconciliations, and reports for audits and internal reviews
• Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability within payroll operations

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 4-6 years of progressive payroll experience in a multi-state environment
• Hands-on experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with experience in payroll data and reconciliations
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet strict deadlines

• FPC certification preferred but not required
• Understanding of payroll accounting, taxation, and finance concepts related to payroll
• Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams
• Capacity to adapt to shifting priorities and thrive under pressure
