• Own equity accounting end-to-end, including administration of equity grants and calculation of stock-based compensation
• Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for equity-related questions for employees and stakeholders
• Perform and review monthly reconciliations between equity systems and HR data
• Prepare cash forecasts and debt covenant calculations to support lender requirements
• Research new accounting guidance and provide technical conclusions and recommendations

• Requires a minimum of 6 years of related or equivalent experience; or 4+ years with an advanced degree
• Ability to use and navigate Netsuite
• Advanced knowledge of Excel
• Excellent interpersonal skills and analytical abilities
• Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills

• Master’s degree in accounting or finance preferred
• CPA certification preferred
